Abstract

The aim of the research is to provide a proposed vision for a training program based on the Kemp model to develop teaching practices among mathematics teachers considering the standards and career paths for teachers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To achieve this, the researchers used the descriptive documentary method. The research was also limited to the general educational standards included in the Standards and Career Paths Document issued by the Education and Training Evaluation Commission in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which included three main standards: professional values ​​and responsibilities, professional knowledge, and professional practice. The research tool was a list of indicators of teaching practices considering the standards and professional practices for teachers. The research resulted in developing a proposed vision for a training program based on these practices
