The Degree of Availability of Future School Requirements in Government Schools in South Hebron Education in Light of Modern Educational Trends

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of the requirements of the future school in government schools in the South Hebron Education Directorate from the teachers’ point of view. The descriptive analytical approach was used, through a questionnaire that included two axes, the first related to demographic information, and consisted of three variables: gender, academic qualification, and years of experience. The second was to measure the degree of availability of the requirements of the future school and consisted of (30) paragraphs distributed over six areas: (the field of organizational requirements, the field of human requirements, the field of material requirements, the field of technological requirements, the field of academic requirements, and the field of educational requirements). The study sample consisted of (340) male and female teachers, who were selected using a simple random method. The study reached several results, the most important of which are: that the requirements of the future school are available at a rate of (58.84%) in government schools in the South Hebron Education Directorate, and thus they are available at a medium level from the point of view of male and female teachers in these schools
