Abstract

The study aimed to evaluate the critical thinking program in light of its objectives as perceived by trainee teachers, The study followed the descriptive survey method, The questionnaire was applied after verifying its validity and reliability to collect study data and achieve its objectives, designed the questionnaire in two main axes, the first one concerned reality of the critical thinking program, the second concerned achieving the program objectives, It was distributed at the end of the third semester of the academic year 1444 AH to graduate teachers from the Critical Thinking Program, and (147) teachers from (20) different universities responded. 1444 AH, The study concluded that the responses of the trainee teachers appeared to be in agreement to some extent about the reality of the critical thinking program related to the program plan, the faculty members, and the trainee teacher and the program objectives were achieved to a high degree, in adition to there are no statistically significant differences between the responses of the trainee teachers regarding the reality of the program and the achievement of its objectives in all aspects of the study due to the variable of specialization and the number of years of teaching experience, The
