Abstract

The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of a training program in enhancing art teachers' skills in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically in the production of virtual museums and exhibitions. The program was designed and implemented for a random sample of (47) female teachers from different regions/cities in Saudi Arabia, utilizing a quasi-experimental design with pre and post measurements conducted within a single group. The study employed various assessment tools, including a knowledge test, a questionnaire, and an observation card. The results demonstrated a noticeable improvement in the teachers' performance following the completion of the training program. Based on these findings, the study recommends the adoption of the proposed training program to enhance the skills of female teachers in creating virtual museums and exhibitions. Furthermore, it suggests integrating technology to enhance the overall quality of instruction across various disciplines and advancing the education system in alignment with contemporary educational theories and methodologies.
