The study aimed to determine the level of career path planning and organizational excellence and know the relationship between them from the point of view of the employees of umm Al-Qura University، and used the relational approach، and the sample of the study included (430) employees selected randomly، and the questionnaire was used to collect data، and the study found that both career path planning and organizational excellence came at an average level، and that there is a positive correlation between career path planning and the level of organizational excellence، and there are statistically significant differences in determining the level of career path planning attributable to a variable (gender in favor of females، scientific qualification in favor of those with secondary qualification، and the number of years of experience in favor of those with experience more than 10 years)، There are statistically significant differences in determining the level of organizational excellence attributable to a variable (gender in favor of females، educational qualification in favor of those with a secondary qualification)، and the study recommended that career planning be included in the priorities of the strategic plan of the university، and that it be subject
