Abstract

This study aimed to propose a digital platform to enrich the skills of gifted students. To do that, the researcher extrapolated the opinions of experts from the study sample who were (21) experts. They were selected by the method of deliberate sampling from experts specialized in educational technology, gifted education, education of special needs, education basics, and employees from the Ministry of Education specialized in the care of talented students. The study followed the forward-looking approach to build the proposed perception using the Delphi method, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data that represent the criteria that must be considered in designing the digital platform to enrich the skills of gifted students, services provided to students, their parents, and educational institutions interested in sponsoring gifted students, and the proposed enrichment content to be presented through digital enrichment platforms to enrich the skills of gifted students. The study recommended adopting the proposed vision for enriching a digital platform for developing the skills of gifted students by the Ministry of Education and institutions interested in sponsoring gifted and talented students
