Abstract

The study aimed to identify the role of knowledge management processes to enhance financial sustainability in private schools in Hail region from perspectives of its' principals and owners. It also verified the presence of statistically significant differences in the sample's average responses based on gender, years of experience in managing or owning a private school, and specialization trait. To achieve the study’s objectives, a descriptive survey method was employed, using a questionnaire to  74 participants, including principals and owners of private schools. The study conclouded  that: the role of knowledge management processes in enhancing financial sustainability in private schools in the Hail region was found to be higly significant from perspectives of the sample. No statistically significant differences were observed based on the study variables, except for the variable of specialization trait, in favor of school principals
