Practicing electronic leadership in the virtual education platform (Madrsti) from the point of view of school principals in the Nafi sector

The study aimed to reveal the practice of electronic leadership in the virtual learning platform (Madrsti), from the point of view of school principals in Nafi, The study adopted the mixed method, the research design consisted of (29) school principals of Nafi, To achieve the goal of the study, the researcher used the research instrument, “questionnaire to collect data “The comprehensive inventory method was used” To confirm the data and information, (9) interviews were conducted with them, The results of the study showed: It turned out that the degree of practicing electronic leadership was at a high degree in each of the following areas: Using apps on smart devices to send files and in communicating with school teachers. The results of the qualitative analysis revealed that schools rely on face-to-face learning, which reduces their experiences in the field of the virtual education platform and needs practice to improve its level, The necessity of facing challenges related to technology, such as: skills, the cost of the Internet, While virtual meetings, transparency and accountability during distance learning were among the most important results that received the interaction of participants in the virtual platform.
