Abstract

The study aimed to identify the application reality of female secondary school leaders to the dimensions of organizational agility (sensing agility, rapid response agility, participation agility in decision-making, creative agility). The study also aimed to identify the obstacles to its application from the female teachers’ perspective through a proposed scenario developed to improve the level of organizational agility in secondary schools in Riyadh. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was followed with the use of a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The study community consisted of female secondary school teachers in Riyadh, reaching 4761 teachers, While the sample was limited to (570) parameters. The most important findings of the study were: The results showed the approval of the study participants on the application of female secondary school leaders in Riyadh to the dimensions of organizational agility (sensing agility, rapid response agility, participation agility in decision-making, creative agility) with a high level of approval. The results also revealed the approval of female secondary school teachers in Riyadh, with degrees ranging from medium to high.
