The degree of practicing administrative accountability among government secondary school principals in Madaba Governorate from the teachers' point of view

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of administrative accountability practice among government secondary school principals from the teachers' point of view. For the purpose of achieving this goal, the descriptive approach was used. A questionnaire was developed to measure the degree of school principals' practice of administrative accountability, and its validity and reliability were verified.

The study concluded that the total degree of the degree of administrative accountability among government secondary school principals was medium, and it was found that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of administrative accountability due to the variables of gender and educational qualification, and there are statistically significant differences due to the variables of specialization and years of service in favor of a literary category, and a For those with service of 5 years and less, respectively. The study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which was working to deepen and increase awareness of the need to increase practices related to administrative accountability through training them.
