Abstract

Current research aims to determine the value of knowledge passion inclusion extent in Islamic studies books of upper primary stage. The descriptive approach was used in a content analysis method, using content analysis card tool to achieve research’s goal. The study population are represented by Islamic studies books content (Upgraded) in upper primary stage. Most important findings are: Relative inequality found in the prevalence of the value standards on the whole sample. Where "persistence and perseverance in seeking knowledge" standard ranked first in the general inclusion rate, reaching (33.60%(, Hadith field obtained the highest percentage of including value standards, with inclusion of(40.31%),and Interactive content obtained the highest type of content frequency, except the first standard where frequency of knowledge content was higher than the interactive. Research recommendations: Importance of analyzing Islamic studies books’ content of the upper primary stage to raise the inclusion extent of the two standards “appreciation of science in all its fields” and “curiosity and reading”..
